"Bio-Pharma Laboratories Pvt. Ltd", in 1989. |
| The company has a license to
manufacture various chemical products. Production of Solanesol, a
tobacco byproduct is one of the major operations of the Bio-Pharma
Lab. Solanesol is used in the synthesis of Vbinquinone, vitamin K
and vitamin E. The Bio-Pharma Laboratories has plans to produce Tocopherols
and Tocotrienols. |
| The laboratory is well equipped
with instruments such as HPLC, GC and an all-glass pilot plant. Besides
highly productive infrastructure, the other main strength of the Bio-Pharma
Laboratories is its highly efficient human resources such as chemical
engineers, applied chemists and agronomers. |

Bio-Pharma Laboratories is one
of the very few Indian companies to have a thin film shortpath molecular
distillation unit that is used for separation and purification.
The company visualizes a very bright outlook in the field of natural
products, right from cultivation to the extraction stage. For its
research and production activities, Bio-Pharma Laboratories has access
to the BBM Group’s more than 10,000 acres of cultivatable land. |
